22 stories atop Archer Hotel, Spyglass Rooftop Bar is a contemporary interpretation of the classic sophistication and luxury reminiscent of 1940's and 1950's glamour in New York. David Burke Kitchen, the chic SoHo location at the James Hotel New York. Chef Burke's imaginative reinterpretations of classic American cuisine-from casual share plates to formally-presented dishes-are combined with a focus on locally-sourced ingredients. True market-to-table spirit is invoked here. Many of the selections are hearty and seductive, full of bold flavors born from traditional cooking techniques. At the same time, those who prefer lighter, less complex fare will be amply satisfied as well, with creative and healthy salads and entrees.
Complementing the myriad of dining options are the multi-level, indoor and outdoor spaces that comprise the restaurant. The main interior is inspired by the surrounding neighborhood and blends the cool, industrial simplicity of SoHo's airy lofts with the rustic warmth of a country abode. The dining room seats up to 130 and well suited for a boisterous dinner party or wedding. Upstairs, the glass-enclosed Treehouse Bar offers a birds-eye view of the bustling street below and easily plays host to a cocktail party or a corporate dinner.
In season, David Burke Garden, the restaurant's lush outdoor space, offers several options for seasonal gatherings. Verdant and vast, the entire Garden accommodates up to 350 for cocktails, a premiere party or a product launch. The smaller runway area features outdoor cabanas and is fitting for a wedding or a company cocktail reception. The Chef's Table is a unique gathering space for the chef's special guests, and makes any shower or team dinner a truly special occasion. On another level, the Bird's Nest is more private and invokes an urban backyard, complete with comfortable casual outdoor seating. It is ideal for celebratory cocktails.

Located in the New York City iconic department store that is Bloomingdale's, our eat-in or take-out restaurant, Burke in the Box, is the epicenter of the David Burke Group's catering.
The menu here is fine-casual, and features expertly-and beautifully-prepared sandwiches, salads, soups, and award-winning burgers, in addition to platers to share and heartier dishes as well. The location is quintessential Manhattan, with a glass wall that overlooks a bustling 59th Street. The space is perfect for a ladies' lunch or a festive birthday party. The bar area has a television and is ideal for a game day get-together. The separate seating area is convenient for a corporate breakfast or a festive birthday celebration.
Additionally, Burke in the Box can bring dishes to you anytime, anywhere, for parties large and small and for any variety of event. Let us cater your next office luncheon with large catering platters or individual boxed lunches. We can also come to your home to set up a buffet for a bridal shower or family dinner. Derived from the Latin faber, meaning "artisan" and intentionally spelled with a "ck," fabrick's unique moniker is not only a nod to the brick-and-mortar facades common in the restaurant's historical Garment District neighborhood and the bricks of pink Himalayan salt that line Chef Burke's patented beef dry-aging room, but also to the city of New York itself. Tucked behind a lush patio on 38th street between 5th and 6th avenues, David Burke fabrick extends through much of Archer's first floor with its airy dining room connected to the main hotel lobby by an intimate lounge area serving as a natural pass-through. After gliding through the elegant lounge - bedecked in warm leathers, exposed brick and colorful accents - guests entering fabrick's main dining room will be first met with a glimpse inside the bustling open kitchen. With high ceilings and an open skylight accented by wood tabletops and enameled red chairs, the space is on one hand fresh and playful while also being industrial and striking.

David Burke Prime is home to one of the David Burke Group's patented Himalayan salt-lined dry-aging rooms, where the patented Salt Brick Beef ages for up to 100 days. The process infuses the steaks with a delicate flavor and tender texture. In addition to numerous cuts of beef, the menu here features both simple and bold preparations of seafood, poultry and seasonal vegetables. Prime's impressive glass wine tower is sure to catch your guests' eyes, soaring up three stories and housing 3,000 bottles of wine.
Our private dining room is the ideal place for a corporate meeting as it is media-equipped for presentations with a large-screen television, media projector and sound system. It is equally appropriate space for a pre-wedding party . Semi-private options include a the quiet rear dining room offers intimate seating for 120. A section of the back dining room with an elevated semiprivate space called the Stage is the perfect spot for a rehearsal dinner.

An intimate, destination hideaway that is always approachable yet impossibly cool, this latest outpost of Rec Room offers a combination of New York’s underground vibe and the mellow, relaxed feel of Aspen featuring DJs spinning over 5,000 hand-selected vintage vinyl records, wood-paneled walls, and plush banquettes reminiscent of a 1970’s basement.
