The 50-seat Burke Bar Café offers full service lunch and in the evening hours transforms into an intimate supper spot with a wine bar that features an extensive selection of wines by the glass, a well thought out wine list called "Burke's Bottles Barely Bumped Up", wine with non-traditional small mark ups and signature fresh cocktails. The sleek dining room-featuring whimsical artwork selected by Chef Burke and flat screen TVs-is the ideal match for Chef Burke's creative cuisine. A monthly beverage series features special dinners, each paired with selections from a different brewery, winemaker or distillery.
Burke in the Box, with its signature packaging of pinstripe bags and brightly colored custom-designed boxes, serves hot items and boxed cold items including "Burke style" sandwiches, salads and pastry-chef designed desserts. This casual side has an open kitchen so customers can see the cooks at work, sporting their bright orange t-shirts with the catch phrase "Chewdoin'." A collection of 40+ Jack-in-the-Boxes line the walls. This fast-casual side of Chef Burke's restaurant seats 35 and is open from 10am to 9:00 pm on weekdays. Signature dishes include Cheeseburkers, Crab Cake Sliders, Chefster's French Fries and Cheesecake Lollipops.
